Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

24th is your ovulation day. But please note that pregnancy doesn't happen on the day of intercourse. The pain you are experiencing is probably ovulation pain. The earliest you can do a pregnancy test is on 4th October. You can do it at home with pregnancy test kits available in the pharmacy.

I suggest it is better that you do the pregnancy test if you miss your period.
I hope this is helpful. If you have further concerns, do write to me. I will be happy to answer.
