How does via ananas actually work?

Hi Doctor; i have been taking via ananas, 2 each per day one prior breakfast and 1 prior lunch past 10 days, there seems to be no much change, though i know its too early to see the change. Please advice how does this tablet actually work? My weight is approx 70 kgs age 29 yrs. have more weight on my tummy side. slight exercises in the office is desk oriented, no much movements
