How Does Pregnancy Affect Lumbar Spondylosis?

I am 35 years, 1.47m and 50kg. I was diagonise to have lumbar spondylosis a year ago.The xray showed osteophytes on L4. I have 4 kids and I am 6 weeks pregnant. i want to know how this pregnancy will affect my medical condition.I am a pharmaist and work for long hours sitting.
