How Does One Overcome Fear And Insecurity?
Hi. What is the remedy for insecurity and fear always? May be it is related to my bad experiences in the past. I always have the fear of getting betrayed all the time and that all people try to fool me around. It is impacting my current relationship badly. Please suggest. How do I know if anyone is not being faithful to me?

you can't let your past bother your future. Just because your past wasn't the way you planned it to doesn't mean that your future will be the same. It is time for you to move on in life and take it positively.
You are never going to know if people are faithful or not till the time you don't give them a chance by taking a risk. You never know , it might just work out fantastically in the end.
