How Does One Deal With Stiffness And Burning Sensation In Knee After Having A Key Hole Surgery Done?

hi, i had key hole surgery done on my knee in october 2013 for cartilage and lcl ligament but lately its gone back to the way it was before the op such as cracking stiffness and of movement but this time there is a burning sensation in the knee and it goes bright red. im a 19 year old female. have you any recommendations or guidelines, any help would be much appricated, thank you.
