How Does Clostridium Difficile Cause Colitis?
I had a mastectomy in 2009 and received clindamycin. In January 2010 I was dx with c diff. I had an ORIF of my ankle on July 28. I have started jazzercise the past 2 weeks and now my lower abd is hurting but I thought it was prob fro the exercise. I never gave it a thought about c diff. My stomach cramps and I m having diarrhea. What do you think?

I really appreciate your concern, abdomen infection need to be ruled out here and some time it could be protozoa infection and in my opinion it can be given try on tentative basis with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg " once in day hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
