How do i lose weight quick in a healthy way ?

How do i lose weight quick but at a healthy rate? Hi, I m a 13 year old male and weigh 188 pounds and want to lose about 20 pounds. The weight is hereditary but I don t want it. Plus I like to eat which adds on to the problem. How do I lose 20 pounds quick and at a healthy rate and not starve myself at the same time.

Hi...., The major cause of the weight gain is excess of eating.., you need to eat less food.., also try to eat only protein foods, avoid fat and oily foods, always do exercise , avoid using vehicles for traveling, if you follow above for a 2 weeks, then you can lose some weight..,
