what is the real term Dr? It s mainces or menses if both exists then what is the difference between them? Because I ve checked on internet both were giving the same result. And what is hormones and neurons and the difference between them? what they do in body i mean functionality of them?

1. It could probably be a grammatical error as no word by maince exist [although mince do exist]

2. hormones and neurons are collectively called as 'neuroendocrine system' by which the nervous system sends a signal to the endocrine system [endocrine cells] which respond by making and releasing hormones necessary for maintaining homeostasis, regulating metabolism, reproduction, blood pressure etc.
