hi i am 27 years old girl, i'm putting Waight day by day. my weight is 77 kg and my height is 5.1 feet can you please suggest me how can i lose my weight i am also having disease name Thyroid. 3 years back my weight was only 55 kg can you please suggest me what should i eat or what shouldnot. after 6 months my marriage is fixed so please suggest me. thanks a lot.

Use thyroxine regulary as per the advice of your doctor. Eat a low calorie diet.
Do regular exercises for atleast 40 minutes in a day.
Avoid junk foods, sweets, chocolates, and dry nuts.
