How do I find out how to apply for Disability Living allowance, together with other benefits? I have heart failure, cripped with oesteoarthritis; have a walking stick; also have a damaged spine. I am sixtyseven today (22/11) My husband has had 3 heart attacks and a triple bypass. He also has arthritis. Could you please tell me where I can fill in the correct benefitd application forms. Thank you.
