Hi, Please do not give up on these medications without doctor s advice. They are antihypertensive medications and stopping them abruptly can cause dangerous consequences due to rebound increase in blood pressure. You are taking Apo-cilizapril-hydrochlorothiazide which is a combination of Cilazapril and Hydrochlorothiazide. You are also taking dynacirc (isradipine). If you were my patient, I would think of reducing the dose or avoiding hydrochlorothiazide. For this doses of other drugs needs to be increased based on blood pressure. I would do this as hydrochlorothiazide can cause such symptoms more commonly than the other two drugs.
