How Can You Lower BP ?

is it possible to lower a blood pressure by weight loss and exercise programme. My blood pressure has been the same for 5 years 155/85 and I need to lose 2 stone. Medics say there is no immediate danger and it rises in my case due to white coat syndrome probably. i don t want to have chemicals and want to do the reduction as naturally as possible.

You are just outside the treatment range, you are quite correct weight loss and vigorous regular exercise both reduce blood pressure. There may also be an improvement if you reduce your salt intake.
