Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Some time these type of wrist injury causes ligament damage which are not seen on x ray and it is keep hurting all the time. I would suggest you to get MRI of the wrist to see if there is any synovitis or ligament damage is there, If it is present then treatment can be done accordingly.'
If there is synovitis then you will need hot water fomentation and Etoricoxib tablet, if it is due to TFCC tear then it needs to be addressed.
