How Can White Heads On The Nose Be Removed?
Thank you very much!!! I am fighting against white little things on the face. I could exfoliate them but some perdure, on the nose. Among four months I did fight against them, exfoliating with a special cream or with a good strong soap. They came out but the next day here they are again. Is it dangerous for health? This is my question!!! I am quite old I must confess. Butl ife is beautiful!!! Thank you very much again. Denise BD.

hi denise.first of all,let me assure you whitehead per se is NOT a dangerous condition with regards to your health.
if its a simple whitehead,you have to understand the opening of your skin pores are clogged with sebum(its natural),keratin(basically dead skin cells ) and bacteria.
i would suggest you use a gentle facial soap and warm water to wash your face each morning and night. Make sure the soap is oil-free so it won't clog your pores.avoid scrub or exfoliations for the time being as it can be harsh on some skin types and may cause scarring.
never try to squeeze them out on your own cause that also will lead to scarring,infection and like in your case .
Pls do try getting over the counter acne products with benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid and apply them in small dabs after cleansing your face.
In cases that dont work,you will have to try topical retinoids and/or antibiotics .Keep yourselves hydrated and take a multivitamin daily.
in normal cases,this would be enough to stay off such whiteheads.
