How Can Weight Loss Due To Metabolism Be Gained?

Hi I'm 18 5'4 I weigh 78): I lost a lot of weight/: I don't like how I look. Ive been to my doctor & they say im fine that i just have a fast metabolism. I recently bought ensure plus but I'm really picky about it. But I'm planning on doing anything possible to gain weight. How many ensure shakes do I have to drink a day? How long will it take me to gain weight?

I can tell you what will be your ideal weight.And other thing you should go for well planned diet which will make by any expert dietitian. Don't take ensure plus in excess amount .. You just need to visit a dietitian she will plan how much calorie you need to gain weight and how much protein you need?? According to it she will prescribe how much you need to have ensure plus . According to me you can have roughly amount 2 scoop per day in safe side.
