Hi, actually m here to ask that I am working in a company and I have to do sitting work a lot n due to that m becoming fatty day by day and now my waist is 36.one more thing that I never take more then 6 floor bred. Plz advise me how can reduce my weigh it s 85 kg now .

A good way is to exercise: you can subscribe to a gym, carate classes, yoga, dancing: Latin dancing for example, swimming, whatever sport that makes you feel good and enjoy yourself. You can even chose runing outside, just you need to keep moving. Try to eat in a balanced way in order to get low calories and all the nutrients that you need for your body. Eat vegetables and fruits , don't eat fries and fast foods. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Best regards.
