How Can Voice Loss After A Thyroid Surgery Be Treated?

I have got total thyroid surgery on 30th November, 2016. Due to that surgery, one of my vocal code has been paralyzed. Now, till the date of today, I can t speak properly. There is hoarseness in my voice and it is too weak as wll. Please suggest me that what I should do further to get my voice normal.

As per your clinical history is concerned your problem is connected with thyroid surgery only. So detailed history of past surgical procedure is required and for what cause your total gland was removed?
