General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank You for the query at HCM

The rash you developed could be due to eczema by applying expired sunscreen.
Apply Hydrocortisone 1% ointment (available over the counter) and use moisturizers (natural moisturiser like coconut oil preferred) to the affected area.
Use can also take an antihistamine like cetirizine 10 mg once daily for itching.

If symptoms persist after a week, follow up with a primary care provider to re-evaluate the diagnosis.

Hope I was able to help you
