Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been having ongoing issues with vaginal infection. My dr. left a message of another type of infection- capsiellis? or papsiellis- anyway wants me to take cipro. I am concerned because I have had several rounds of antibiotics. Should I be with staring a new drug?

How Can Vaginal Infection Be Treated?
Hi, Instead of oral antibiotics you can try clotrimazole vaginal tablets 100 mg inserted in vagina 12 hourly for 4-5 days. It will be better option than oral ciprofloxacin. Thank you for asking the question.
