How Can Vaginal Herpes Be Tested?

I have these canker sore/herpes-like things on/around my vagina, 1 on either side of the clitoris, 2 on the left labia, some very small ones on the inner of labia by the urethra, and above my urethra, it hurts really badly and there is a sore or something that is like a line of whitish skin. Theres 2 more on the outside. Do i have herpes, or could this be something like it?
