How Can Tinnitus Despite Taking Medicine For Sinus Issues And Cold Be Treated?

I have ear ringing for about 1 month and i went to the dr. For sinus problem the dr. Gave me medicine for the sinus and cold problem that s gone but there still ringing in my left ear and at now it making the side of my face in pain should i go to the er

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
It appears from your description that you are experiencing tinnitus due to congestion in the ear and upper respiratory tract.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Do salt water gargling twice daily.
2. Take steam inhalation regularly.
3. Take decongestant medication containing chlorpheniramine maleate and phenylephrine, when necessary.
4. Practice Valsalva manuver regularly.
Gradually, the ringing sensation and feeling of heavyness or pain in the ear would subside.
