General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Noted our history of 50 km bike ride without underwear and the pain started only in the left testicle. There is pain even on touching but the size is normal.
Painkillers working till the power remains.
This indicates the need as following:
This is to be taken seriously.
Consult an Urologist or a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and examination.
Tests of urine and blood.
Ultrasonography and color doppler of the abdomen for genito-urinary system as well as for scrotum.
The treatment will obviously be depending upon the results of the above.
I find this answer helpful
