How Can Swollen Lymph Nodes And Sore Throat Be Treated?

last three days my glands have been swollen, i have a
sore throat
,
swollen gums
, painful
white spots
on my tongue and a
cold sore
. What donyou think i could have? GPs are closed as its new year's day. Is this something that can wait a few days or should I go to a walk in?

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

Your symptoms are pointing towards Viral infection..
Due to Viral infection you are facing the symptoms of swollen glands, swollen gums and white spots on tongue..
You should consult an Emergency room and get evaluated..
If Viral infection is confirmed you can be advised a combination of Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen.
Anti viral medication like Acyclovir can be advised.
Along with it gargle with specialised mouthwash like Magic mouthwash..
Do warm saline gargles..
Avoid spicy and acidic foods..
Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration..
