Hello dear I understand your concern Insect bite produce allergic reaction and inflammation that cause swelling. Sometime it also cause bacterial infection and pus formation. Take following advises: Examine the bite area very careful and ensure that no sting is present in the bite area. If sting is there then remove it. Take tablet levocetrizine at the bed time Tablet ibuprufen and serritopeptidase to relieve inflammations and pain. Apply ointment containing neomycin plus pehenothiazine derivative to prevent the infection and relieve etching. Mild steroid ointment application will helpful in reduce swelling and itching.
