How Can Swelling In The Eyes Be Treated?

my eyes started itching so I started rubbing them. My right eye is very swollen I have flushed it with water can not see anything in it/ I applied ice for the swelling. Its is watering and i have blurry vision. What should I do? I was watching TV and at my computer at the time.
