How Can Sudden Back Pain And Autism Be Treated?

my 6 year old son has vesico renal reflux his been circumstised and had reflux injections he has a left kidney that only works 20 per cent right is 100 per cent he had operation when he was nearly 3 and been well since but yesterday all of a sudden his back was hurting him he has autisum as well so can be hard to gat answers as to why it hurts I am very worried what should I do next

Autism children usually do not communicate with others.
For back pain Diclofenac and paracetamol combination gives temporary relief.
Better to consult urologist and get him checked thoroughly for renal problem.
