How Can Stomach Infection In A Toddler Be Treated?
My entire family had a 24 hour stomach bug. However my 2 year old has been taken down harder. She is not dehydrated she eats and seems fine during the day however we are on night 4 (with a night of normal in between) of her up puking. Tonight her vomit is thick and smells like sour diarrhea. Should I bring her to the ER? She has had normal bowel movements, at least one a day.
Hi, Thanks for writing your query. After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get your child clinically examined and investigated by a paediatrician. There seems to be infection and proper antibiotic may be needed. Keep care of hydration. I hope this is helpful to you. Regards. Thanks.
