How Can Stomach Ache, Indigestion, Fever And Lack Of Appetite Be Treated?

My child 7 years old.he has frequently stomach ache With indigestion;light temperature About 100 degree fr;stool passing 1 time in a day but it is semisolid; to loose; he is a atopy Loss of appetite and becomes weak Pls give me some advice Kindly.

Hi,
Thanks for the query i understand your concern.
Your son seems to suffer from some intestinal infection/ infestation/ food allergies ( lactose or gluten intolerance).He needs full investigations for all of these problems under a gastroenteritis's guidance if needful. ( stool routine & microscopic test/ anti gluten antibodies/Hydrogen breath test -for lactose intollerance & some other tests as per requirement.
You have to consult pediatritian to start with - he would examine him physically / get few basic tests done to start with & start treatment that is cause specific for relief.
In case he finds it needful.. he would refer him to gastroenerologist for expert advise.
He needs home care in form of light permissible diet ( as advised)/ sufficient boiled water/ self habit of cleanliness specially related to bowel movements & hand cleaning & also hand washing before & after eating. / avoid food he is allergic to./ let him have sufficient playing & sound sleep for 8 hours.
With doctor's advise & home care he would get rid of the problem very well.
