General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Stomach ache and diarrhea may be caused by digestive viral, bacterial or parasitic infections, food poisoning. I will advise you see the doctor for examination and a stool exam/culture. In the meantime, you may give her oral rehydration salt to replenish ions and fluid losses and an anti-spasmodic pain drug like Debridat syrup. Metrogyl may help, but I will advise you see the doctor for examination first.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
