Hi i am Dheeraj from India i had so much mastrubution before marriage now its been 4 years of my marriage and this is effencting on my life that i am not getting kids i had my semen test in that test 15% are living cells and 85% dead cells in my cemens kindly advise me the best medicene

Your semen analysis suggest low sperm motility.
It is important to know other parameters like sperm count,morphology,liquefaction time etc.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,urine RE/ME,ultrasound of scrotum.Hormone assay can be done if needed.
You should do exercise and take nutritious food.
If findings doesn't improve then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI,ICSI etc.
