How Can Someone With Bath Salts Addiction Be Approached?

my boyfiend is addicted to bath salts. I found surreges and an empty package. I asked to stop, but he hasn't and he's starting to act crazy. He goes through my phone and my things. He's not him anymore and I don't know what to do. How do you approach someone who is addicted and doesn't think it's a problem?

Carefully. First you might question about your wanting to be around them. Motivational interviewing techniques are really useful in this. If there is a problem (work, lack of money, jail, relationship, et) then point out,
"gee, you've wrecked the car and there is zero money... might this have a relationship to drug use ? if you consider it might have even the very slightest effect.. what percent of involvement iwht drug use might you give it ? 10% due to drug use? 25% maybe? Then, you might consider if this is worth using the drugs..."
