Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, since you are already on anti spasmodic medicine and meds to control urination, and self catheterization techniques, other supportive measures like avoiding taking fluids after evening and avoiding caffiene or other diuretic fluids or carbonated beverages or tea etc should be strictly avoided. These measures may decrease the urination urge during night. Keeping external catheter is also an option.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
