How Can Skin Itching And Tingling Sensation In The Legs Be Treated?

Female 51 years pld, going through menopause. Severe skin itching, tingling in legs and feet and shaking of hands and legs. Scratching alot on legs. Been using cortizone for 2 weeks. Helps for an hour and then I need to reaply. I itch all the time, but more so at night. The upper back and back of my neck seems thicker. I have lost 25 lbs in 4 monts. Hair loss ongoing for years now, some tiny calcium deposits on eye lids in recent motnths. Hot flashes and ongoing sweating. I need to go to a doctor and will do so, but do you have any thoughts.
