How Can Shortness Of Breath And Excessive Sweating Be Treated?

I am 59 years old, overweight, but in relatively good health. Over the past week, I have had shortness of breath (it feels as though there is pressure under my sternum) which my inhaler is not helping. In addition, I am sweating copiously, and am beginning to notice wooziness.
