How Can Sharp Pain In Chest And Rapid Breathing Be Treated?

I'Feeling very sharp pain to chest and my right side when I move- try to sit, stand, walk with rapid breathing. Not sure what it is. Went to doctor and they found nothing. Not pain to the touch only during body movement.

Two days now, but no improvement. Can't drink cold fluids only warm or hot. Feels very painful swallowing cold fluids like water from the tap. Nights are no better either.

If you have not undergone chest x ray, than I think you should first undergo chest x ray. If this is normal go for ECG. If both are normal than your chest pain might be due to muscle pull. So take proper rest and muscle relaxant.
