I got in an almost car accident 2 weeks ago, where someone pulled out in front of me and i hurt my right shoulder by extending my arm and pressing my palm against the steering wheel. Then the other day i almost fell while walking down the hall way, and grabbed onto the wall on the way down and spun around and heard a pop in the same shoulder followed by pain that literally brought me to my knees in tears, my shoulder has been seriously hurting me since. I ve iced it, rested it, stabilized it using sling and have been taking prescription 600 mg ibuprofen and it still hurts to the point where I want to go to the er, Should I go? or wait? Is it a sprain?
