How Can Severe Pain In The Legs Be Treated?

I was diagnosed with bilateral stenosis l5 s1 caused by a slipped disc in November. Since then I have had a hysterectomy so my activities have been limited. Now I am trying to lead a normal life but cannot. The pain is severe and dibilitating. I only sleep for about 2 hours at a time and have to take strong pain relief to get any sleep at all. The pain in my right leg is unbearable and has led to my developing a bad limp. What can I do ?

Hello,
Dear I can understand your situation.I would recommend get a Neurosurgeon opinion to discuss wether you need surgery or medical therapy after getting MRI spine done. Also regular Physiotherapy is advised.
Regards.
