How Can Severe Pain In The Knees Be Treated?

In soccer I jumped and landed wrong on my left leg in soccer and I m concerned with my knee. I don t recall hearing a pop and I think it was more a forward back motion than a twist at the knee, I had a previous tear in my acl on my right knee and I m concerned. There is no swelling, I don t really havea limp, though my knee is sore not close to the point it is unbareable and hurts when theres a sudden stopping movement .

judging by the severity of injury you described, everything seems fine. you still need to rest, use knee support and take pain killers. if there occurs swelling or you feel instability in the joint while walking or standing, do get an mri done
