How Can Severe Pain Due To Vertebrae Fractures Be Treated?

My brother has compound vertebrae fratures, , L2-3. His pain is excruciating & only narcotic pain meds help. How can he reduce pain in order to keep moving? He just finished intensive IV antibiotics for a spinal mass & now the fracures have been identified.

itcan be pivdlumbosacral spine takemri and consult neurosurgeon.may be surgery is requered. if medication is not responding then surgery is indicated. intensive iv antibiotic will not be helpful.take treatment asper advise of neurosurgeon.
