Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your clinical history is concerned you have been treated by a neurologist and he has prescribed you medication, so please perpetuate with it. In my opinion you can take 1 multivitamin capsule at bedtime and ask your doctor to integrate vitamin B-12 injection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
