I have severe nausea and feel like I am going to vomit but can t I was given a Compazine from my sister it is a little round pill that has the numbers108 on it should I take the whole thing or cut it in half, and is it ok to take for my nesuea

Yea, you can take compazine , its good medicine for nausea and vomiting,

If you are suffering from nausea for long time , consult with physician for evaluation.
