How Can Severe Headache And Earache Be Treated?

My 16 year old son has adhd and he had a abcess on his tooth and took tablets for it off denist and is waiting for a referral to take it out he having now really bad headache and ear ache and cant sleep with pain i have gave him some tablets dont seem to be hitting the pain

Hello, the headache your son experiencing is a radiating pain to the head and ear because of the tooth abscess. Empirical treatment with antibiotics will help a bit to get relieve d from pain before getting extracted. Ibuprofen or a high dose paracetamol might help to relieve the pain but tooth extraction is the best way to get cured. Thank you
