How Can Severe Cholesteatoma In The Ears Be Treated?

I have not yet been diagnosed but do believe I may have severe cholesteatoma in both ears I have at the base of my lobes where the ear and cheek meet inside the ears a hole that has slivers that are flat with sharp edges that fall out of a pocket that feels connected to my throat have cut the inside of my ears they have now been breaking apart and I am able to push them through my lobes what is going on

consult ent specialist for examination and advice on treatment.there is no such connection from ear lobe to throat. it is only eustachian tube conected to throat from ear
