General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Look anxiety can be resolved with many things.
• First, identify your problems that lead to anxiety.
• Second, accept your limits that everything can't be completed.
• Third, do some mind relaxing exercise or meditation or yoga, etc., to bring eternal energy.
• Fourth, eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc., to maintain your body.
• Fifth, if still so much anxiety then consult psychiatrist to take medicines for anxiety relieving.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nirav Nimavat
