How Can Scrotum Leakage Be Controlled Post A Hydrocele Surgery?
i had hydrocele surgery 1and a half years ago no problems 3 months later my scrotum started leaking i went to hospital had ultra sound and they tested the fluid there was no problem it stopped a couple of days later i saw my doctor who did the surgery he said not to worry abot it ,yesterday it started leaking again can you help/

The leakage from the scrotum one and half years after surgery of hydrocele is indicative of a development of a sinus .
Since this is recurrent. the Foreign body has to be removed which caused this and the problem will be over for ever.
Insist your Doctor to have exploration, removal of the whole tract and the foreign body and send it for histo-pathology .
