How Can Scrotum Itching With Scabbing Be Treated?

hi, so everyone once in a while like once a month or even two months i get exstream itching in my scrotum and it itch it and then after the sctrach the hell out of it, that area swells up and then it moves to another area of my scrotum, it goes away after a few days and stuff, sometime it scabs over but always comes back. i don t know if it means anything that its usually right around the time i trim my hair down there as well

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of itching of the scrotal skin, making the area to swell followed by scabbing for the lesion to reappear and so on.
The commonest reason of such a problem is scabies
Allergic dermatitis.

I would advise you the following in such a case.
Daily cleaning the scrotum twice with plain water.
Apply gamma benzene benzoate only once and take antihistamine fpr a few days.
Treat the underwear and the bed linen
Use tetmosol soap and see the results.
If there is no complete recovery, it is better to consult a General Surgeon or a Dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
