How Can Rheumatoid Arthritis With Wrists, Fingers And Hand Pain Be Treated?

HI... i have Rheumatoid Arthritis and i am having severe pain in my wrists and now left hand and fingers... last night was my right hand...i am in extreme pain... the pain medication says take 1 every 8 hours... i am wondering can i take another one... i have to sleep i did not get any sleep last night and could not work today and i have to work tomorrow... but i cant sleep with this pain... can u please help me

Rheumatoid arthritis may involve small joints and early morning stiffness in joints,
When such patients come to our hospital I advise them blood test like RA factor, ACCP, ESR, complete blood count,

I have deep study in field of RA and I wish my patients get benefit of that.
