How Can Rheumatoid Arthritis Be Treated?

I had juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and have had rheumatoid flares ever since. Recently diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. Very successful treatment with Humira and methotrexate then developed Valley Fever (coccidiomycosis) and had to stop them. I m 55 yo f, very active. Rheumatoid symptoms have all returned, having pain even sitting still, so I figured what the heck, and still keep riding my horses. The pain is horrific. Any suggestions?
