How Can Red Swollen Sores On The Thigh And Scrotum Be Treated?

Just recently I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with genital warts and have been using a cream to treat theat. And just this past week I noticed 3 little red sores with the center being white in between my thigh and scrotom. They are sensitive and feel a little swollen, there is also one red sore on my scrotum but that isnt swollen or sensitive....but it seems to be of the same nature. Do you have any idea what it could be?

Noted your history of being diagnosed with genital warts and have been using a cream to treat that. The history of genital warts with new appearance of same lesion can be spread of the warts or molluscum contagiosum as per the description you have provided.

I would advise you to consult a Dermatologist ask for curative cauterization or ablation by any means of the old and the new problems, both.
This will cure both the things simultaneously.
