Hello welcome to the health care magic

For chest pain investigate with EKG and echocardiography according to need

You can be investigated with throat swab culture and accordingly antibiotic course can be prescribed

Salt water gargle, steam inhalation, turmeric powder are some of the home remedy

If your preoperative investigation found OK than surgery can be done

Take care

Hope this will help you
